You will notice that none of our courses start from the most basic principles of opening or creating a new file, typing things in, making some text bold, then printing and saving the file. Many courses spend considerable time on these skills which the majority of computer users already have. By starting at a level just above this, we spend more time on the really useful subjects which help people to become more proficient and efficient in their use of the software.
