Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Official Training Courses

There are six core courses for CRM 2011, two of which have directly associated exams and the remaining four go together to prepare for the Applications exam.

In addition there are several other courses which do not lead directly to accreditation but will improve your knowledge and in-depth understanding of certain topics.

80291A: Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (1 day)
80292A: Service Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (1 day)
80293A: Service Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (1 day - four combined courses leading to exam MB2-868
