Sixteen years in a variety of roles in the IT industry has given Adam wide experience including major rollout projects for blue chip companies and IT management for a large legal practice dealing with technical strategy, project management for office moves and systems integration to support large mergers.

Adam is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Systems Administrator (MCSA:Messaging) for Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003, Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist (in CRM 4.0), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master Instructor and Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Instructor (MCAS:I).

In addition to these technical qualifications, he has broad experience of legal and compliance topics such as licensing and computer use policies and as such, he is well equipped to deal with all aspects of your technical and business requirements.

In my 16 years working in IT I have held various positions in management, systems administration, service delivery, programming and teaching.
